Make the jump hardcore.

Restrict jumps.
Only players can jump on Skyrim.
This is an overwhelming player advantage.
Adjust your jumps so that you can fight NPCs fairly.
You cannot jump if you have weapons or magic in your hand.
You are sheathe a weapon, have over 50% stamina, and can only jump during a sprint.
You can only sprint if your stamina is 50% or higher.
